Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership to drive sales and customer service excellence. This role oversees daily store operations, floorset updates, training and development, and acts as a talent leader capable of internal promotion.

You'll partner with teams to manage staffing, schedules, visual displays and performance analysis, while representing the brand and upholding company culture daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
