Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Basildon to lead daily operations across front-of-house and events. You’ll coach teams, uphold excellent service, and contribute to achieving financial targets while ensuring a safe, engaging customer journey.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for service, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Induction will include comprehensive training and opportunities for progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ambition and drive to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Run the front-of-house operation and support back-of-house in delivering centre goals.
• Assist the General Manager in achieving financial targets and standards.
• Ensure the centre maintains the highest standards and a safe, fun environment.
