Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Livingston to lead a busy leisure centre. You will receive a thorough induction and play a key role in coaching teams, delivering excellent customer service, and driving centre performance across lanes, bar, diner and amusements.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, a passion for guest experience, and the ability to work nights and weekends to support the centre’s success.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passion for customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Run an exceptional front-of-house operation while supporting back-of-house in achieving centre goals.
• Support the General Manager in delivering financial targets.
• Ensure the centre maintains the best standards and a safe, fun environment for customers.
