Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our local pub team. You’ll help lead daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure memorable guest experiences in a welcoming environment.

Take on responsibility in the absence of the General Manager, drive KPIs, and support our community-focused pubs with a positive, people-first approach. A flexible and potentially part-time arrangement is available to suit your needs.

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
