Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team and lead from the front, delivering memorable guest experiences and driving performance. You’ll support the General Manager on busy shifts, inspiring your team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Be prepared to lead and motivate a pub team
• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded environment is preferred

As an Assistant Manager you’ll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivateyour pub team on every shift
• Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
