About the role

Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead, motivate, and inspire your team in an environment where product knowledge is key, especially for passionate outdoor enthusiasts. Maintaining a great store environment and delivering high-quality customer service are essential, as our customers expect expertise and passion. Everyone here is a Brand Ambassador!

About you

We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a strong commercial sense, and flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is a must!
