The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
• Managing kitchen standards, including health and safety, gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Problem-solving and making quick, effective decisions.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with a caring and considerate approach.
• Experience maintaining high standards in food safety and health standards.
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit and stock control.
