Role overview

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you’ll join us on an exciting six-month training and development programme, designed to prepare you for the role of an Assistant Store Manager. The programme aims to help you understand our brand and equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. You will spend six months rotating through different stores of varying sizes, gaining vital experience and insights from experienced mentors. You’ll support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, assist with administrative tasks such as stock management, cash handling, and reporting. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the store meets business objectives. Upon completing the programme, you will be placed in your own store, ready to take on the responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager with confidence.
