Job summary

Savers is seeking an Assistant Manager Designate to join our team. You will lead store operations, inspire your team, and play a key role in community engagement across designated stores.

With 1+ years in retail management, you’ll drive great customer experiences, coach staff, and contribute to a warm, welcoming store environment. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to delegate effectively and lead teams.
• Willingness to travel to various stores as designated.

Responsibilities

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of store

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £32,600per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
