Joining Hollywood Bowl Group as an Assistant Manager includes a thorough induction to prepare you for success and ensure you are trained across all centre areas, including lanes, bar, diner, and amusements.

In our fast-paced environment, you will be central to the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting business operations, fostering fun and positivity within the team, and enhancing the customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the team, managing operations front-of-house, and supporting the General Manager back-of-house to meet centre goals and financial targets. You will ensure your centre maintains industry-leading standards and provides a safe, fun environment for customers.

To be successful, you will have:

• Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
• A passion for customer service
• Experience in inspiring and developing large teams
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
