About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our business! This is a field-based role, involving frequent travel between site locations around the Guildford, Horsham, Brighton, and Crawley areas. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided, along with all necessary cleaning equipment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Attending sites to resolve cleaning issues and ensure standards are met
• Cleaning all areas of client sites, including hoovering floors, cleaning, and sanitising surfaces
• Ensuring cleaning standards align with specifications
• Following health & safety legislation at all times
• Responding to ad hoc requests from Management
• Escalating concerns or site-level information to the Area Manager
• Completing stock checks and following procedures for ordering
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues, Regional, and Area Managers
• Supporting training and inductions for new cleaners

• Experience in a similar role
• Proactive, detail-oriented, methodical, and organised
• Self-motivated, confident, approachable, with a flexible attitude
• Excellent client focus with a proven service delivery record in facilities management or contract cleaning
