Rockfish Sidmouth is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, coaching the team to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold our values of care, community and connection. You will lead daily operations and ensure food safety, health & safety, stock and waste controls are kept to the highest standard.

You’ll join a supportive team with structured training to grow your career. The role covers 5 days, including weekends, with progression opportunities across Rockfish

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and run the restaurant in their absence.
• Coach your team to reach their full potential while living our values: care, community and connection.
• Maintain high standards in food safety, health and safety, stock control, cost control and waste management.
