Rockfish Sidmouth is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, coaching the team to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold our values of care, community and connection. You will lead daily operations and ensure food safety, health & safety, stock and waste controls are kept to the highest standard.

This package is £32.5k perannum basic plus approximately £3.5ktronc per annum +tips and overtime!
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager and take responsibility for the business in their absence. You will coach your team to reach their full potential while helping everyone embrace our core values: Care, Community and Connection. You will maintain high standards in food safety, health and safety, stock control, cost control and waste management. As a new Rockfish Assistant Manager, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we will continue to develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us. You will also be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
