Job summary

Barons Pubs in Minley is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house teams, deliver outstanding hospitality and drive profitability. You will support the General Manager in planning, events and daily operations, ensuring service excellence across our busy, food-led pub.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front of House Management in a fast-paced hospitality setting (pub/restaurant/hotel).
• Ability to maximise commercial opportunities and support profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning, organisation and management of pub activities.
• Develop staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and high service standards.
• Lead by example to deliver Barons values and ensure legal/compliance responsibilities are met.

• You're an experienced, inspirational leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for your customers and your team

• You will competently assist the General Manager in the planning, organisation and management of the pub activities

  Successful candidates will have had at least 2 years previous experience as a Front of House Manager in a fast-paced hospitality operation (food-led pub, restaurant or hotel)
