Job summary

Barons Pub Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead busy pub-restaurant shifts and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will manage a team of front-of-house staff, uphold service standards, and help maximise guest satisfaction while ensuring smooth, profitable shift execution across our 11-site group.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in hospitality management.
• Experience leading 8+ front-of-house staff.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

All of our sites are high-volume, full table service Pub Restaurants with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly, whilst ensuring the team is delivering the highest standards of service to our guests. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years previous experience in a hospitality management position and also be experienced in managing teams of 8+ front of house staff on service.
