Qualifications

• Strong leadership to drive customer satisfaction.

• Level 2 or 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of workshop operations and diagnostics.
• Own tools and apply them in a busy workshop.
• Health & Safety compliance knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT proficient and able to learn in-house systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day workshop operations alongside technicians.
• Support Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
• Drive profitability while focusing on the customers' journey.
• Coach and develop colleagues to deliver high customer satisfaction.
