Toby Carvery - Carmarthen is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards and ensure guests and colleagues have a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team in a hospitality/restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Excellent communicator with a positive leadership style.
