Job summary

Toby Carvery - Whitstable, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead by example and ensure guests and teams have a great time from opening to close.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, uphold brand standards, and guide a team to deliver moments that wow guests, while developing talent and maintaining excellent service. Mitchells & Butlers also offers pension, 28 days holiday, shopping discounts, and a share plan.
