Job summary

Toby Carvery - Carlisle is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll train and motivate staff, act as Duty Manager when required, and role-model development to ensure consistent service that makes guests feel at home.
