Assistant Manager - Lounge

Lounges are unique places, thanks to the brilliant people who run them. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager to maintain excellence across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You will assist with the daily operations of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will match ours, but your approach will be uniquely yours. You'll be doing it your way. Brilliant!

Your role involves attention to detail, driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and upholding high standards. You aim to make your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. It’s a challenging job, but you’re confident you’ve got this.

What you'll bring

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks
• A passion for hospitality and talent for managing people
• Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges
• Strong literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, and able to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
