Joining as an Assistant Manager includes a comprehensive induction to prepare you for success across all centre areas, including lanes, bar, diner, and amusements.

In our fast-paced environment, you'll be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting smooth operations, fostering fun and positivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring teams, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets.

You will ensure the highest standards of service and safety, creating a fun and secure environment for customers.

To be successful, you will have:

• Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• A strong desire to succeed
