Job summary

Old Bulls Head, part of Premium Country Pubs, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead the team, and drive a superb guest experience. You’ll mentor each team member to be the best they can be and help deliver moments that WOW guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervision.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
