Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Honey Bee within Vintage Inns. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and mentoring staff to be their best.

You will work within a welcoming, pub-style environment, with opportunities for progression and involvement in the brands across Mitchells & Butlers’ portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.

As Assistant Manager at the Honey Bee, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success.
