Mitchells & Butlers PLC at the Firecrest in Wendover is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will mentor staff, drive service standards and act as a role model to develop your team, ensuring guests leave wanting to return. Join Vintage Inns for a welcoming, customer‑focussed environment.

• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.

Job description

As Assistant Manager at the Firecrest, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be!
