Bistrot Pierre in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an Assistant Manager to build on your leadership experience and take on greater responsibility alongside the General Manager. You’ll drive standards, develop the team and deliver strong commercial performance on the floor.

You’ll be a visible on-floor presence, supporting service while helping to shape the culture and direction of the restaurant, with a focus on operational excellence, people development and guest satisfaction.
