Job summary

A minimal note: Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the team in a branded restaurant environment and drive growth. You will be involved in managing staff, ordering, stock control, health and safety, and upholding high standards across the restaurant.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £38,000 plus performance related bonuses and benefits, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and a positive, proactive management style.

• Experience working at high volume with fresh produce.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the restaurant and bar, including managing a team, ordering, stock control, health and safety, and maintaining high standards.
• Be the go-to person for issues, working with Head Chef and Directors to develop standards and drive the business forward.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Manager to help lead the team and grow and develop our business.

As the go-to person for all aspects and issues of running this busy restaurant, you will enjoy a varied and hands on role, working closely with the Head Chef and Directors to ensure all issues are dealt with promptly and help to develop standards and drive the business forward whilst ensuring all customers leave with a smile on their face having had an amazing experience
