Job summary

Bistrot Pierre in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager to drive standards, develop the team and deliver strong commercial performance.

You’ll be a visible floor presence, support service, shape the culture and direction of the restaurant, with a hands-on, proactive approach and a track record of managing teams in fast-paced hospitality.
