Savers is recruiting for an Assistant Manager in Bristol Broadmead. The role is full-time (39 hours per week) with a salary of £32,600 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme.

You will lead store teams, drive sales, and build community connections while maintaining an inclusive, customer‑centred environment. If you thrive in retail leadership, you’ll focus on coaching teams, delivering excellent service, and modelling the Savers values.

Qualificações

• 1+ years retail management experience.
• Strong delegation skills to get tasks done.
• Ability to build routines and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
