Job summary

Savers in Aldershot is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team. You will lead store teams, create a warm and welcoming environment, and drive exceptional results. The role is full-time with 39 hours per week and a flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Salary is £31,600 per year with a generous bonus scheme. You will connect with the local community, develop staff skills, and contribute to a great place to work.
