Job summary

Savers is recruiting an Assistant Manager for our Cirencester store. This full-time role (39 hours per week) offers a salary of £31,600 per year plus a generous bonus scheme. You will lead store teams, foster a welcoming environment, and drive sales while developing staff capabilities.

The position involves flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Join Savers to manage daily operations, engage with the local community, and contribute to a positive customer
