Savers is recruiting an Assistant Manager for our Harringay store in London. This role involves leading store teams, driving sales, and delivering a warm, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Applicants should have 1+ years of retail management experience and a knack for delegation and routine-building to maximise performance. A flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends is available.

• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to delegate effectively and manage a team.
• Ability to build routines and seek opportunities to maximise sales.

Location: Harringay

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £32,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
