Job summary

Savers is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer care. You’ll inspire staff, delegate effectively and create a warm, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Role requires 1+ years retail management, flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. 39 hours per week, salary £32,600 per year plus a generous bonus. You’ll have a clear progression plan and access to wellbeing benefits and employee discounts.
