Job summary

Savers Health and Beauty in Blackburn is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead store teams across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week with a salary of £31,600 per year plus a bonus scheme.

You will inspire your team, foster a welcoming environment and help develop staff capabilities while building connections in the local community. A strong focus on customer service and sales growth is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Strong delegation and leadership skills.
• Ability to build routines and identify opportunities to boost sales.
