Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in Wakefield. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring your staff and delivering memorable guest experiences while deputising for the General Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/ Deputy Manager in a similar/branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
