Job summary

Miller & Carter - Taunton is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will train and inspire staff, act as Duty Manager when needed, and coach development within your team while driving WOW moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Able to lead a team and deliver guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver high standards of food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is unavailable.
• Lead by example to WOW guests and drive team performance.
