Miller & Carter – Dartford is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, train teams, and role-model best practices to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. This role offers progression, competitive pay, and a supportive, high-energy environment at a renowned steakhouse.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience is required.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Flexible to cover shifts and duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day running and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
