Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Miller & Carter - Cardiff Bay is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring a first-class guest experience and a motivated team.

You will mentor staff, lead service standards, and drive performance while delivering a warm welcome to every guest. The role offers career progression within a renowned hospitality group and a supportive team environment.
