Mitchells & Butler Leisure Retail Limited seeks an Assistant Manager for Miller & Carter Cardiff Bay. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, mentor your team and drive guest experience with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Comfortable taking on Duty Manager duties when the GM is away.
