Stretton Fox is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, helping lead the team to deliver a warm guest experience and smooth service. This role sits within the Vintage Inns collection, offering strong progression and a friendly, dynamic working environment.

Formación

• Experience managing a team in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
