Red Cow, part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns, is hiring an Assistant Manager. The role focuses on supporting the General Manager, leading staff, and delivering excellent guest experiences in a cosy pub setting.

You’ll be part of a team that values development, with strong promotion potential, staff discounts, pension, and generous holiday allowances as part of a supportive, franchise-wide environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is required.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver food, drink and service.
• Proven leadership and role modelling.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Mentor staff to develop within the team.
• Cover duties as Duty Manager when GM unavailable.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGERYOU’LL…

• Useyour management experience to support the General Manager in the day to dayrunning of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Useyour communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to beproud of.
• Be the role model and guide development withinyour team.
• Leadthe team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
