Job summary

Red Cow in Kirby Muxloe, part of Mitchells & Butlers, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, drive service excellence, and act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Demonstrate strong communication to train and inspire your team to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
