Job summary

The Plough Inn Eynsford, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You'll mentor team members, train staff, and model service excellence, driving revenue and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and leading a team.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the General Manager.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest and keep them coming back.
