Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Stretton Fox, part of Vintage Inns. You’ll support the General Manager in running the pub and lead a team to deliver a warm, memorable guest experience in a cosy, pub setting.

You’ll mentor staff, drive service excellence, and role-model development, delivering moments that wow guests and encourage them to return. A great opportunity to grow within a trusted hospitality brand.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations as Duty Manager.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments for guests and encourage repeat visits.
