Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for All Bar One Trafford Centre to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a motivated team. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, train staff, and role-model best practices to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and drive repeat visits.
