All Bar One Trafford Centre is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, role model service excellence, and help drive great dining and drinks experiences in a lively city centre bar.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and staff supervision.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
