Job summary

All Bar One O2 is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily operations and leading a team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills to train and inspire the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when required.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver quality food, drink and service.
• Mentor team members and drive development.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments for guests and encourage repeat visits.
