Marston's Inns is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service. You may have prior experience or be starting out, as long as you are approachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include handling payments, using computer systems, and collaborating with the hotel and pub teams to uphold high standards. As the voice and face of Marston's Inns, you will greet guests from booking through checkout with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable attitude.
• Experience in customer service or willingness to learn.
• Able to take payments.
• Proven computer/ POS system skills.

As a Receptionist you'll: Pride yourself on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Whether you've previous experience or you're just starting out, as long as you're friendly and approachable, you'll be off to a great start.

• Have proven system/ computer skills, or willingness to learn
• Be passionateabout providing great customer service, including dealing effectively and efficiently with any requests/ queries
• Be responsible for taking payments
• Work closely with the wider hotel and pub team to ensure business standards are met and delivered

As the voice and face of Marston's Inns, you'll provide exceptional customer service - with a smile for our guests, from the point of booking/ checking-in, right through to check-out., Come as you are.
