Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Shoreham-by-Sea. You will lead from the front, motivating a pub team to deliver memorable guest experiences while deputising for the General Manager when needed.

We offer a performance-based bonus, strong staff discounts across our venues, flexible/hybrid hours where possible, and access to our training app to support your progression into a General Manager role.

• Experience leading a pub team or in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
