Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. You will lead the pub team, drive guest experiences, and deputise for the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and memorable visits for customers.

As an Assistant Manager you’ll: Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
