Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team in Brough, North Humberside. You will step up for the General Manager, drive guest experiences, and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Willingness to deputise for the General Manager and run the pub when needed.
